Yes, it´s two versions of the same spectral being. One female, one guy.
The question that I ask myself is why? Sure when s/he is a fox you really can´t tell the gender and well since s/he is supposed to protect a guy you usually think it´s a she. Espacially since s/he made friends with the guys mother before.
And sure, it´s the same person and the gender doesn´t matter, but as a guy I´d rather see Kuu as a girl than a guy. If s/he is going to school then it would have better of as a guy instead of
Since s/he does look really cute and all. So I think s/he made a misstake there. But oh well, nice service to the male watcher… and apparently Kuu really liked going to school. With the classical “we live at his house” missunderstanding between the hero and his love intrest.
If I know my anime then we have a lot of laughter to wait for. Much thanks to
Seeing Kuu in a school uniform should be a real treat. Atleast I think so.
One thing that I´ve also discovered makes it seem like this is the year of animal girls in anime, we have Horo, Kuu, Chizuru, Nozomu and so on. Not that I complain but one thing that always pleased me was that they didn´t appear that often. Now it seems like mainstream, there are a lot of them around.
But as said, I don´t complain if the look as brilliant and charming as Kuu. But I do have something against s/he being able to switch gender around as s/he pleases and it makes it very irritating to write something about s/he as well…
Oh well, I recomend Wagaya no Oinari-sama to anyone who thinks Kanokon is to much softcore(I´ll try to show what I mean later).
