So, everyone must know by now that I really like Kyou from Clannad, I like her so much I even named my laptop Kyou… Yeah, I´m a ronery guy but who cares? I just want to share Kyou´s ownage in the series with everyone.
And I can´t talk about her without talking about Clannad EP 17. I´m a guy and all, but with her being the way she is just gives of for me the perfect tsundere vibes. She starts out all tough and grand, but when it comes to it she´s…
sweet, embarrased and just so damn cute.
And the dialogue… “I can´t betray Ryou´s feelings”. “Boys are intrested in this kind of stuff” and more just crack me up

The one thing I don´t understand, or wait I do understand when I think about is, is why Tomoya just stood there… a great opportunity for him. But it seems he was traped in Nagisa´s leash already so oh well. It gave a lot of nice responses from the anime world in any case.

I feel sorry for Kyou, why are they always treating the best girls like shit in the anime adaptions of the game? Kotori/Nanaka from Da Capo and now Kyou? I would love to see a Clannad adaptation where we get to follow Kyou´s route.
I mean, she´s such a nice girl, she steps back to promote her sister when all she wants to do is go for Tomoya herself. She is like Ichitaka from I”s, he also does the “another way around” and acts all tough and high around the girl he likes when all he wants to do is scream out to the world that he loves her. I wish Kyou would have done that as well. If only to stir up some trouble for Nagisa. Yes, I´m a complete unsensitive jerk during these moments. All hail the glorious Kyou is basically me thoughts.
Nagisa, I really want her to take a step back for Kyou, but I can´t hate her. Bright, nice, cute and after watching the Clannad Movie well I just can´t hate her and I do feel that Tomoya and she does make a great couple. But we can all wish for a different ending right?
And that´s that. Just don´t have it in me to write anything more at the moment. All love for Kyou and I hope we get to see more action from her in the Clannad After Story.

Love herrrrrr. Yuh. Personally, I don’t think any other character this year will impress me the same way, she’s magic, legendary magic.
I wrote this post about making an AMV, and she was the center of it all, but I haven’t posted it… orz

However I do NOT want to see her route animated meh…. as a game player I thought Kyou’s route really sucked and had alot of moments that made me think badly about both Kyou and Ryou AND Tomoya. They all acted like idiots in Kyou’s route x.x Kyou and Tomoya aren’t that great of a match, Kyou should find someone better and get over her high school crush! She still has the rest of her life ahead.

Aho? I haven´t played the game so I don´t know her route. But I´d still love to see it animated, can´t get any worse than KGNE right?

It was essentially Ryou’s arc (Which wasn’t that great) with a few extra scenes stuck on the end (So a “Kyou” arc wouldn’t have much Kyou).
I could however, see a combination of Kyou/Kappei (I personally thought Kappei was one of the best arcs (And most amusing characters), it was disappointing to not see him at all in the anime) arcs could be pretty good.
