Okay, I have to admit that I actually disliked this episode. It was really surprising, because I loved the first 3 episodes to death.
The first reason is obviously the bad animation. Milkmaster even compared it with NHK ni Yôkoso episode 19, but that’s exaggerated, of course.

Slowly I’m getting the impression that my blogging behaviour is a nice indication for whether I like an anime or not. I immediately blogged Sweet Valerian and now Hataraki Man even though I watched both together with Milkmaster (and thus couldn’t blog while watching), but still haven’t written anything about Sumomomo Momomo episodes 2-3 yet. It also took me awhile to blog Bartender. I can easily say that I prefer Hataraki Man and Sweet Valerian over Sumomo and Bartender, even though I like all of them.
On the other hand, it was a pain to blog Azumanga Daioh - even I love that series.

There are a lot of Hataraki Man posts by now so I realize that I come a bit late with it *hrr hrr* But oh well, this anime tops my current favourite anime list so there’s no way I’m not gonna blog this.
Why do I like Hataraki Man so much? First, I am more than pleased with the execution of the animation. It looks absolutely gorgeous, the characters look rather faithful to the manga and very good, the overall mood and the backgrounds are gorgeous. It is a pleasant surprise for the eye to see this anime *__* Noitamina love <333 I wonder what will be next, given the fact that Hataraki Man will only have 11 episodes. (Somebody at the Animesuki forums said something like “11 is the new 12, eh?” That made me laugh. XD)
