It’s so great to see this series is being subbed. I guess this is the slowest series I’ve ever watched when it comes to subs. I really have the patience, huh? XD
Well, this episode was just a finish for the festival arc, so the only interesting thing in this episode was the love triangle. Who would you be rooting for? As for me, it’s MikanxLuca now, because actually I prefer Luca over Natsume, character-wise. However, I always think it’s weird or wrong when it’s not the 2 main protagonists that end up with each other. Most of the times, love triangles are set up from the beginning already (Parfait Tic, Fruits Basket etc. with no apparent favourite), but in this series, Luca has only shown his interest for Mikan in episode 16 iirc.

Gakuen Alice has been subbed again! I cannot believe it *_* Of course fansubbers rarely completely drop a series, but it’s been so long and you’re never sure.
I nearly have forgotten how much I love this series - it is a shôjo, it is girlish, but there barely is a series that I find so enjoyable as this one. Higuchi Tachibana is very gorgeous at creating characters who are seemingly superficial, but with a very interesting depth (just like other outstanding shoujo mangaka such as Miho Obana and Masami Tsuda).

Hm, after being a little bit disappointed by Animal Yokocho, I decided to watch Gakuen Alice. At least from this anime, I know that I like it *g* (
Episode 14 and 15 are more or less one story arc, so it really is best to watch them together. This is also the reason why I didn’t do it yet, since I always thought that I don’t have an hour of time to watch 2 episodes…
Ruka-pyon *____* Have I already mentioned that I totally love him? *hihi* Ruka and Hotaru are total opposites, but they are exactly the ones which are my favourite.

Well yes, I watched a lot of Gakuen Alice. At some point, you just can’t stop watching the next episode, because you want to know how the story develops. Maybe it’s also because there were a lot of filling episodes that drive me into watching even more, since I’m really interested in Mikan’s mother now. (I hope it won’t get even worse than Cowboy Bebop where they are searching for Julia the whole series… just to let her appear for half an hour and then die away *ugh*)

It has been a few hours that I’ve watched these 2 episodes, so I kind of forgot a little bit what I wanted to say.
Anyway: I loved the scene when Mikan entered the special ability class where everyone was so nice to her *_* I hope this is not some weird/bad joke and those guys are really “good guys”. Mikan definitely needs a few more true friends - not weird people like Narumi (who is suspicious!) and Hotaru (who is a true friend - just a little bit too antisocial and actually no real help anyway).

I’ve watched episodes 1-3 recently, and although I have Honey & Clover waiting for me, I still like Gakuen Alice even more. It’s distracting and funny, exactly what I want right now *g*
I especially like Ruka, although he /really/ is weird XD Usually I’m not that much into animal-lover-characters, but Ruka is different. He’s similar to Natsume, but a lot cooler and more handsome *hrrr*
